Our client is a Sizable MNC Trading company located at  Kwun Tong, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them. 

We are now seeking for a Quality Manager

  • Define and implement global Quality standards, policies and procedures for the company
  • Build and roll out clear measurements to monitor improvement - risk management reporting with corrective plans
  • Lead the quality teams and work with the factories, imbed quality policies and procedures, establish clear measures to support the monitoring of progress
  • Manage the global quality teams by setting objectives, clear standards and guidelines to ensure effective cooperation with all suppliers and business counterparts.
  • Drive corporate QA Processes ensuring standardisation across the company
  • Align and implement company wide consistent QA Standards
  • Ensure Chargeurs-PCC works to industry best practice and keep abreast of any new developments
  • Work with internal and third-party suppliers to ensure all are aware and trained on quality expectations
  • Execute quality assurance and control inspection measures to ensure suppliers’ product quality is meeting global standards
  • Monitor and measure quality KPI’s and implement corrective action plans to improve performance internally and externally


  • Degree holder in related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience and 3 years of leadership/people management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the garment manufacturing process
  • Expert knowledge of QA standards and process is essential
  • Wide exposure on the Asia manufacturing environment
  • Strong critical thinking and exercise swift problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, organization and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follows through in execution
  • Strong team player who can also work independently and in fast paced environment
  • A positive, outgoing, highly energetic motivational personality
  • An ability to identify relevant solutions to address the needs of the customer or sales team
  • Ability to manage and react to change
