We are looking for Sales Administrator Coordinator on behalf of our clients, Good Working Environment, No OT
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems
Process sales orders and prepare related documents, including invoices and shipping documents
Coordinate and arrange delivery of imported goods to customers
Communicate and liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Departments
Provide marketing support on events
Requirements
Associate Degree, Diploma or above
5 - 8 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Native Cantonese, Good command of English and Mandarin
Preferred experience in trading, logistics, supply chain, or related industries
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Detail‑minded, responsible, and able to work independently
Business travel is not required
