Assistant Store Supervisor / Supervisor - Cashier & Store Operation (19 - 25K, 5-day work week)
Our client is a well-established and the largest card games trading store with grading services in Hong Kong, they are seeking for an Assistant Store Supervisor / Supervisor to support the business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
Mainly handle Cashier and store backend operations
Handle deliveries, manage stock movement, maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
Open and close the store, assist in daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
Create and manage the monthly roster to ensure adequate coverage for trading hours and events.
Regularly check inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
Warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate assistance. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work to ensure smooth store operations and provide quality customer service.
Requirements:
F.5 or DSE and above
5 - 8 years of experience in retail business, Cashier and store operations. Candidate with more experience may be considered as Store Supervisor
Has knowledge in trading card games is highly preferred
Experience in working in fast-pace and high-volumn sales environment is highly preferred
POS system knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken Cantonese, capable of speaking basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Salary and benefits:
Salary range: $19,000 - $25,000 x 12 months, OT pay, discretionary bonus
