Public Relations Manager / Senior Public Relations Manager (Event Management)
Location: Kowloon side
Industry: Diversified Group (Property exposure is an advantage)
Our client is a well-established, Hong Kong–headquartered diversified group with a long-standing presence in the region. To support senior executive engagement and high-profile functions, they are seeking a seasoned Public Relations professional to join their team.
This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with Directors and Senior Executives, and hands-on involvement in planning and executing events.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events and executive functions, including lunch/dinner receptions, ceremonies and social engagements

Provide end-to-end event support, including on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder experience

Coordinate and accompany senior executives for public events / official ceremonies when required

Manage guest reception and gift arrangements, including logistics and protocol details

Compile media/news coverage and special reports for senior management review
-
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timelines, details and deliverables are met

Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by senior executives / leadership
Requirements
-
Degree holder (PR / Communications / Business or related disciplines preferred)

10+ years of relevant experience in Public Relations / Corporate Affairs / Executive-facing coordination / premium customer-facing roles

Exposure working with property developers / large conglomerates) is a strong advantage

Solid track record in event coordination and on-site event support, ideally supporting senior executives

Detail-minded, proactive, agile and “smart” with strong problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal skills—able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, guests and external parties

Flexible to work irregular hours when events require; comfortable under pressure

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written and spoken Chinese, English, Mandarin is a must
