Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, schedules, and appointments

  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, meetings, and business appointments

  • Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders

  • Provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support with a proactive mindset

  • Prepare, manage, and update various legal and business documents

  • Handle expense claims, filing, record keeping, and general office administration

  • Support ad‑hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Hong Kong, with proven experience supporting senior management at GM / VP level

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high professionalism

  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, detail‑minded, and highly responsible

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
