Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, schedules, and appointments
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, meetings, and business appointments
Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
Provide high‑level secretarial and administrative support with a proactive mindset
Prepare, manage, and update various legal and business documents
Handle expense claims, filing, record keeping, and general office administration
Support ad‑hoc administrative duties as required
University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in Hong Kong, with proven experience supporting senior management at GM / VP level
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high professionalism
Self‑motivated, well‑organized, detail‑minded, and highly responsible
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
