Responsibilities:
Responsible for merchandising activities, vendor quotation and negotiation, purchase order execution and monitoring shipment fulfillment
Participate in sourcing new vendors and new components, including cross-border factory visits and trade show visits
Follow up on customers' inquiries and coordinate with customers for item development, order processing, including quotations, sample arrangements, document preparation, etc.
Support sales personnel in various sales activities, including sales administration, ERP system operations, order monitoring, etc.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer and product databases to facilitate sales functions
Participate in diverse marketing projects including market research, showroom setup, events and exhibitions
Contribute to business projects and take on ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements:
Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in Business, Logistics or related discipline
Minimum Grade E or above in English (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or Level 2 or above in English in the HKDSE, or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in similar position in related international trading or retail industry
Experience in toys is highly preferred
Knowledge of safety standard and legal compliance in US and Europe markets
Experience in handling with US and European major retail accounts highly preferred
Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, attentive to details, able to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Extroverted, Outgoing, and open to communication. Candidates who enjoy working with others and have a strong team-oriented mindset are highly preferred.
Willingness to travel to Mainland China and overseas
