Responsibilities:
Handle export (invoice, packing list, CO, Bill of lading) and banking documents (L/C, D/A, D/P)
Independently Liaise with customer and forwarders
Coordinating shipments with factories, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
Monitor and track the status of ongoing shipments, providing updates to internal and external parties. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shipping process
Take on ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements:
Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in Business or related discipline Minimum Grade E or above in English (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or Level 2 or above in English in the HKDSE, or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in related position in related international trading or retail industry
Good Command in English and Chinese Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, presentable manner, outgoing personality, and a team-oriented mindset is highly preferred
