Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, branding, or new market
  • entry strategies.
  • Background in manufacturing, food packaging, import/export, or international trade is
  • valued, though candidates from other strong business development backgrounds are
  • welcome.
  • Familiarity with the food, healthcare, or cosmetics market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Additional languages are an
  • advantage).
  • Strong commercial acumen, sales expertise, communication proficiency, and time
  • management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and exceptional
  • interpersonal abilities.
  • Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.

Jobs Responsibilities
  • Assist team leaders in executing sales and marketing projects.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentation to drive business expansion.
  • Expand and manage the company’s customer base for various packaging solutions,
  • primary in food packaging and cosmetic.
  • Rich resources in Hong Kong Corporate, prior experience in FMCG bulk sales and
  • customization packaging is highly preferred.
  • Research and identify food packaging that align with client specifications and market
  • trends
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, quoting,
  • negotiation, and contract finalization
  • Deploy marketing campaigns and execute branding strategies.
  • Lead business development initiatives by attending trade events, exhibitions, and
  • conducting client meetings or sales pitches.
  • Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to refine
  • strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and oversee contract negotiations.
  • Support project development and assist with ad hoc assignments as required.
