Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Design Documents, ensuring that proposed infrastructure aligns with best practices and international compliance requirements.
- Hands-On Implementation: Provide hands-on technical expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing security solutions, acting as the highest tier of technical escalation for project delivery.
- Technical Team leadership: Drive delivery teams toward successful project execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, ensure technical excellence, and guide team members through complex work breakdown structures to meet strict deadlines.
- Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner directly with the business development and pre-sales teams to scope, estimate, and pitch complex security projects. Provide accurate, risk-aware input into planning and actively help close technical sales.
- Customer Trust & Advisory: Earn customer trust by serving as a highly competent, reliable technical advisor. Translate business challenges into actionable architectural specifications and guide customers through the deployment roadmap.
- Continuous Enablement: Stay at the forefront of the rapid changes in cloud security and mobility, continuously advocating for standard methodologies that drive competitive advantage for our clients.
What we need to see from you:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical delivery, architectural, or hands-on technical leadership role within a Systems Integrator or large enterprise
- Deep, proven hands-on experience implementing and managing the Microsoft Security Suite, specifically:
- Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
- Information protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance solutions.
- Advanced identity protection, Conditional Access, and baseline security of a hybrid M365 environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar enterprise SIEM/SOAR platforms. Experience with comparable third-party security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Splunk) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to transition from solution design to implementation, supporting application design deliverables and driving technical teams to successfully finish complex projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to articulate technical value to stakeholders, interact confidently with customers, and earn their trust as a senior technical authority.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand detailed project plans, resolve technical roadblocks independently, and implement Double Key encryption / HSM / HYOK or multi-tenant security management solutions where required.
