Job Responsibilities
Coordinate sea import and export shipments with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and customers.
Handle full set of shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (B/L), invoices, packing lists, manifests, and related shipping documentation.
Follow up shipment schedules and monitor cargo movement throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Prepare and follow up freight quotations and customer enquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and operational records.
Manage shipment status updates and resolve operational issues when necessary.
Requirements
Form 7 / HKDSE or above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sea freight or shipping operations.
Solid experience in import and export sea shipment coordination.
Good knowledge of shipping documentation and shipment procedures.
Understanding of the complete sea shipment lifecycle from booking to cargo delivery.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Chinese word processing and typing.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently.
